Preserving Israel's Past for Generations to Come

Work with Evacuated kids at Dubrovin Estate

Learning about the past, relating it to our own lives, and carrying it forward is not just a responsibility; it is a privilege. Jewish National Fund-USA addresses this responsibility in partnership with the Society for Preservation of Israel Heritage Sites (SPIHS), an umbrella organization for over 200 heritage sites across the country that represent important places, events, and people that played a pivotal role in Israel’s pathway to independence.

Since October 7, our work with Israel's heritage sites has taken on new meaning, with a focus on:

  • Activities with evacuees and communities returning home
  • Rehabilitation of damaged heritage sites in the Israel envelope and northern border
  • Ongoing capital projects at heritage sites such as Atlit and Ayalon
