We're taking things in a more savory direction and offering a cheesy, Israeli take on the quiche. This simple yet tasty dish is courtesy of Mira Telem, owner of Rushka Cafe Gallery in the Western Galilee. Mira is a member of Western Galilee Now, a consortium of small businesses in the region. JNF works with the group to help build the economy and livelihood of the area, thereby making the Western Galilee a wonderful place to visit and live, outside of Israel's congested center. It is a highlight of the #GoNorth campaign.
