Sami Steigmann is a motivational speaker and survivor of the Holocaust. From 1941 through 1944, he was with his parents deported by the Romanians to a labor camp.The camp was liberated by the Red Army and his family returned to Romania eventually emigrating to Israel, where he served in the Israeli Air Force. In 1968, Sami came to the United States – alone, with no money, and not yet speaking the language. Today, after facing and overcoming many challenges, he is a motivational speaker. Sami now carries the torch for his generation and teaches young people life lessons based on his personal experiences.
