Bio

Dr. Efraim Chalamish is an international economic law scholar and practitioner, and professor of international investment law at New York University’s Law School. As a global fellow at NYU, he researches international business regulation, the intersection of business and national security, and government policies for state-owned investments. He is deeply involved in public service and diplomacy, and assists a variety of non-profit organizations with their strategic thinking and leadership needs. Dr. Chalamish is a regular contributor to leading journals and magazines in the U.S., Europe, and Israel, including Roubini’s EconoMonitor, the Huffington Post, Project Syndicate, The Jerusalem Post, Haaretz, and the Jewish Week.
