Bio
Michal Perle-Kellner is an environmental engineering expert who was the only Israeli to be selected as a Penn State Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow, an opportunity that allowed her to enhance her knowledge in soil and water pollution prevention and remediation. She served in Israel’s Ministry of Health and is a passionate advocate for the improvement of public health in Israel. Michal works as an environmental engineer at the Israel Electric Company, the largest public company in Israel, and is an active member of the Israeli environmental regulatory process.
