Bio

Michael Mintz is the founder and CEO of MD Squared Property Group (MD2). MD2 manages over 100 residential and mixed-use properties in New York City and Connecticut consisting of almost 3000 apartments. MD2 has also successfully consulted for landlords and implemented value-add business plans including the removal of violations, the successful filing of rent restoration applications, and overseeing the renovations of units and common areas for many of its landlords. Mintz has over 10 years of experience in managing properties, implementing property restructuring plans, and syndicating real estate deals. Based in New York City, Michael is actively involved in JNF, AIPAC, UJA and The Riverside Park Conservancy.
