Bio
Hunter Stuart is a 34-year-old journalist & digital media professional in Chicago. He grew up in a liberal New England town, went to a liberal New England college, and then spent seven years working as a reporter and news editor in New York City.
Hunter's dream was always to be a war correspondent in the Middle East. In 2015, he quit his staff job at HuffPost and moved to Jerusalem. Hunter spent the next year-and-a-half living in Israel & the Palestinian Territories, reporting on conflict and culture for Vice, The Jerusalem Post, The Times of Israel, Al Jazeera and other outlets.
Hunter's experiences in Israel and the Middle East caused him to radically change his view of the Jewish state and the Arab conflict. He now speaks about the positive aspects of Israeli life, and the damaging ways that liberal progressives and the news media view the conflict.
