A one-of-a-kind culinary institution that combines culinary and restaurant expertise, tourism and entrepreneurship. A Jewish National Fund-USA project that is based in the heart of Israel’s Galilee and is helping to develop the Upper Eastern Galilee and the greater Kiryat Shmona area to become a hub for food businesses, including technology, business management, hospitality, and hotels. The Galilee Culinary Institute will transform the region into a global culinary and hospitality center of excellence.
