Bio

As director of the Center for Transboundary Water Management, Clive Lipchin brings together water professionals and policymakers across Israel, the Palestinian territories, and Jordan to foster cooperation in water conservation, desalination, wastewater treatment, and education. A respected scholar, Mr. Lipchin has published and presented widely on the topic of transboundary water management in the Middle East. As a faculty member of the Arava Institute, he teaches a multidisciplinary course on water management in the Middle East and oversees research projects, workshops, and conferences focused on transboundary water and environmental problems.
